Necklace with Baltic amber, its natural surface preserved in its original state—just as the fragment was once washed ashore. The amber is held within engraved white-gold frames with openwork scroll ornaments, from which emerge yellow-gold nature casts of Madagascan euphorbia leaves and white-gold nature casts of vine tendrils. Amidst the tendrils sits a tropical beetle, covered with cobalt-blue vitreous enamel and embellished with strokes of painted gold. The pendant concludes in a pendeloque composed of an Archimedean solid adorned with blackened blossoms, a horsetail stem fragment with black enameled dots, and a nature cast of a Madagascan euphorbia leaf. one of a kind
